Total lack of testing

I bought a PC from Cyberpower on 1/26/10. After I obtained it there is no audio and after being on for all hours the pc closed up and may just be switched off in the power strip. I named and really got a who had been excellent and explained to come back it. After I did not obtain any conversation from Cyberpower regarding after I might get the pc I sent them many times and got the oddest responses. They stated these were screening the drive then your soundcard and lastly the motherboard. They appeared as though these were compiled by somebody with simple, bare knowledge of the English vocabulary as well as less knowledge of computers. After 2 weeks I acquired it back and again there is no audio. I delivered them a contact to that we understood they'dnot respond and so I went and purchased a brand new sound card which evidently was the issue since I will have audio. What's really troubling is the fact that after I operate spyware and spyware inspections I find many attacks. I've never, actually in 15 years of having a pc had any attacks. Makes me wonder exactly what the heck they did to it and where these were "testing" it. Don't get near the corporation.
