I bought an X58 program from cyberpower.com (Bill# 00665214) I requested this system 2/9 at that time there is suppose to be always a free update to DDR3 1600, I obtained DDR3 1333. After getting (2/25) and starting the container I came across that three of the four followers which were contained in the X58 as promoted online for foundation device have been eliminated, a damage inside screen in the tubing for that water-cooler, and after spending money on Professional Cable Wiring their was a cable dangling along indifferent to a different cable-laying within the base. Additionally the movie card wasn't the brand name in requested. During put up, that there wasn’t the typical setup info, I really could not discover Secrets for Windows-7, DVD9 or Workplace Beginner. Upon procedure, an issue with sleeping setting happened, were like a storage issue that triggers a "orange dump display". After calling Tech-Support many times and having many call-backs this problem couldn't be solved. The technology person was designed to provide me a call-back (02/28) night. Which was completely indifferent and uncaring and suggested the issues I had been experiencing were my problem. At this time over time I suppose the one thing left to complete is pack it-up and deliver it back to get a return. I've required a RMA over your site and also have repaired my 8-year old Computer whilst the principal. Personally I think that since I have settled to possess cyberpower vessel the X58 in my experience, that it's just reasonable that cyberpower deliver me a postage-paid delivery tag and so I may deliver it back. And trust me I’m not seeking this in jest.

I had been prepared to over-look the SDDR 1333, the damage, the wiring, the possible lack of key-codes for DVD9 and Workplace Beginner when they might be supplied, however the deposition of issues and insufficient aid, particularly from the revenue division has taken us for this unfortunate finish.

I received the RMA however they declined to COMPENSATED RETURN SHIPPING. I'll be starting an all out Internet caution about Cyberpower.com strategy.
