My latest email to a Dell supervisor located in "INDIA" (where else???):

Thanks for all the updates Sathish. I'll be looking forward to receiving my replacement computer, as this one continues to have significant problems... By the way, I never did hear back from Mr. Michael S. Dell and/or anyone from Dell's corporate offices in Round Rock, Texas regarding my complaints about my overall experience with Dell these past few months. Accordingly, I will never, ever purchase another Dell product for the remainder of my natural life, and I will do my absolute best to make sure that none of my family and/or friends ever does either. As a matter of fact, whenever I have any opportunity whatsoever to bad mouth the Dell Corporation moving forward, I will seize upon that opportunity. This has been the absolute worst retail experience I have encountered in my entire life, and no one at Dell seems to care in the least bit. How Dell remains in business is completely beyond me, and I also have no idea why any of its employees, such as yourself, would want to continue working for such a horribly dysfunctional and uncaring company. I am truly shocked that not even one person from your "American" corporate offices in Round Rock, TX has bothered to respond to any of my letters.

And so Sathish, I will end with this: The Dell Corporation, and especially Mr. Dell, should be completely ashamed of themselves/himself for treating their customers so abominably. Rest assured, if not already, Dell will pay for this behavior at some point down the road, as it's only a matter of time before the company can no longer sustain itself by 1) manufacturing poor quality products, and 2) having the single worst retail customer service known to man... I'd ask you to please forward this email message along to your management team, if not your corporate offices located in "America", however, I've come to learn that Dell doesn't seem to believe in doing that. For some reason, your high level corporate command staff, to include Mr. Dell himself, seem not want to know what's really going on at the "street level", or you guys over India and The Phillipines do your utmost to keep everything from them...
