They never do as promised

I requested a PC Dec 17 and that I still waiting. Dell delivered a mouse and pc situation two times after I put my purchase. And began billing me immediately. I named dell and informed them I actually donot require the situation and mouse till I get the computer. Today I'm attempting to return the situation and mouse, I can not get to react. Who knows when or when, I'll get the computer. After I keep in touch with somebody at Dell they never do as guaranteed. Our guidance to anybody who would like to purchase a dell is do not.
