Won't accept defective product return

I bought four filled printer cartridges. The very first one I mounted about 60-90 days previously worked great. The 2nd one I attempted to set up nowadays, stated "incorrect capsule for printer".

I called Databazar plus they explained about their one month return policy. Because the majority of US don't utilize two-color tubes in thirty days, I requested for aid because it is actually thier issue. They Stated NO MEANS.

I questioned the cost with my charge card organization as my only option.
