Ripoff and bad customer service

This shop has got the toughest customer support I Have observed in ten years. I purchased a notebook which was provided on the site having a bundle worth $150. They offered it in my experience without th bundle stating they cannot complement the present after which I returned again to displace it with another notebook since I have thought like being fooled plus they desired to cost me a restocking charge for trade. The supervisor was really rude. I invested over $4000 through the years with this shop but this is my last time-buying from Bestbuy.
Please bear in mind when purchasing points actually inside the 14-day interval since they'are gonna ask you for should you trade. Really annoying.
