Ok... Now I need to make a decision about my rack and pinion and William leaves without even being professional enough to call a customer to let him know that the call was made. I know nothing and need to know much more. Decisions need to be made.

Teach integrity, honesty, professionalism, and concern. I don't care how big the vehicle industry is your company should treat every client and customer as if it were their only one. I do the same in my business.
