2/8/10 I couldn't start my pc for PROTECTION DEVICE by having an symbol much like Microsoftis kept appearing. Even if you visited "Stop" it'd not disappear.

Only method to ensure it is disappear was to buy it for $49.95.

Thinking it had been Microsoftis - I did so.

Nothing came up to obtain after data was inputted. Up to now I still have not obtained any info.

I couldn't actually discover precisely what organization it had been - accepting it had been MicroSoft, I named the charge card organization and was informed $49.95 was positioned on my charge card under Worldwide Gentle (ware).

I am arguing the cost along with a fresh card has been released.
