Extremely frustrated w / Newegg's Return Policy

I bought an XFX Radeon HD 5870 graphics card from Newegg on 1/27.

I began building my new gaming console this week and found the design card is too much time to suit my Cooler Master Gladiator 600 framework. The card is 11" long and also the room accessible is approximately 10.5".
