I requested a Dell Business 16 notebook, and immediately after the purchase, unearthed that a application that I take advantage of daily required a much more effective pc to operate efficiently. I named Dell to stop the order and sometimes even change the purchase. The consultant in Asia explained the telephone program was along and he couldn't forward me towards the proper individual. He explained to call-back in two hours. Two hours later, I called back and was informed the system I requested was in manufacturing and may not be terminated or changed. I questioned how rapidly a device went into manufacturing and was informed it requires about two hours! Exactly what a shock! The very first broker stonewalled me for 2 hours, till nothing might be done, (or even more probable, could be done). Nowadays I obtained a contact apologizing for that trouble and questioned me to contact #1-800-624-9897 concerning obtaining this order terminated. Obviously, the broker offered me exactly the same info... It's also late to stop. I've talked to five various brokers in India plus one within the Philippines, none within the Usa. The unfortunate element is I needed to stop this purchase and invest one more $500. Today, my only option would be to return the pc when it comes and spend the 15% restocking charge. Using the method I'm at this time about Dell, this can be a little cost to pay for not to have another Dell item in my own home again. What lunacy running a business methods!
