Hardware Issue Within One Year and Service Will Not Fix It

HP is selling inferior products with unacceptable terrible service. The system I got has hardware issue in less than a year and HP service won't response and provide real service to fix it. HP is cheating consumer to make money in short term and I won't be surprised HP is going down for treating customers right.
