Awful company

In a nut-shell, they refused my refund claiming used to do not send within the bill for that item. They declare that I shipped within the sales bill instead. I understand what I shipped in and that I have copies of anything. They replied to my mail and stated it had been rejected because of this after which stop conversation. I sent many times plus they didn't react till I submitted a study using the BBB.

Then they sent me exactly what a test bill appears like just in case used to do not understand. And so I responded and delivered them my bill. They replied and stated that they've a resubmission plan of 2 weeks in the day of purchase. That will be ridiculous since I have realize that they didn't refuse it within these first 2 weeks of me sending it.

I never received any communication stating it had been refused plus they WOn't examine the problem more. They provide discounts on several websites, I bought on newegg. However they all possess a website they market pc components on, eaglebit.com. I'd prevent their website and items. An easy google research may expose they do that to a lot of lots of people.
