Alienware Area 51 Destroyer
Item DOA - no resolution

I bought an Alienware Area 51 Destroyer version earlier this month. Them arrived DOA. After investing greater than a time about the telephone using their tech-support - I had been recommended it had been the motherboard making the issue. Alienware delivered a panel alternative that we obtained 1 week later. They'd not overnight or deliver it any faster.

After getting the panel and changing it I still had exactly the same issue. I invested much more time-on the telephone using their techsupport. I had been subsequently recommended that anything should be incorrect - gee how apparent manages to do it get?!?!?! I had been subsequently advised to come back the whole pc for their repair website at my cost...?!?!?!?!?!?! Our apparent response to such was no - I'll not delay weeks for this factor to become fixed in addition to be out the delivery cost.

I expected to please procedure a RMA about the product to come back it. Their reaction was based on conditions & problems I had been necessary to spend A - 15% restocking charge despite the fact that them was faulty. Oh and pay shipping aswell. Then I had been recommended I'd need to delay 48 hours to become approached to obtain authorization to come back them from another person within Alienware...?!?!?!?!?

Nicely 48 hours later in the place of getting a telephone call I obtained a contact from the javier_arango@dell.com. He advised me to please troubleshoot once more. When the issue couldn't be solved I really could return it for their supervised restoration website where he'd individually examine the repairs. Easily wouldn't do this then I might have the ability to return it in a 15% restocking charge based on conditions and terms.

No quality still! I responded back again to him detailing my outrage and discontent using the item. And requested to get a complete reimbursement that we will probably not obtain.
