Not honouring 3 year tap plan

Bought my desktop Computer in November 07 combined with the 3-year silver TOUCH insurance. Recently our computer was performing up so we named TOUCH, they assesed within the telephone and stated it had been the drive, they delivered component and technology out... Nevertheless the technology mounted but still not working. He decided the check has died and called TOUCH to confirm his work-order... Nevertheless TOUCH insurance requested me to call-back in 1-hour later... And so I did after which was informed TOUCH doesnt protect the check? We were really annoyed why might this be cos we purchased the Computer as shown on the website shelve as allinone and settled the cost they requested for... TOUCH subsequently went into how my check was in another container and individual bar-code inwhich the guarantee just addresses the pc??? Therefore again, we'd purchased the Computer in general bundle and were informed the TOUCH insurance included the pc.including the monitor. We can not make it includes a diverse sequential number? Is that this our problem? Therefore we were really decieved by COMPENSATION USA. We're still battling over this and exactly what a waste of money. Never again TOUCH have you been viewing our $
