Horrible

I am so dissapointed. There are no numbers to call when you have a problem, no real people to speak to, and they don't tell you ahead of time that if you have certain phones or certain computers you are s.O.L. I bought the whole package with the 30 day free trial. They will not refund over five years of service that I haven't even started to use. I have spent hours trying every "fix" with this product. Nothing works. Its really a horrible product.
