Microsoft vista and office 2007

It is hard to believe that I would spend time writing this. Must reflect the time I have spent trying to adapt to Microsoft vista and offfice and still detesting them both.
Microsoft has forgotten why people use their product instead of Mac. Mac is full of big icons and easy access.in this case Microsoft foreces us all to re - learn common programs like microsoft word and excel. First question is - where is everything. Second question is - why. Why change a format that most everyone knew and could find and teach. Why not jsut add more columns if there were more features to include. I wonder who the target customers were in the marketing survey. Surely not professionals who dont have a couple of weeks to re learn basic programs. Certainly not people who thought that list of things should be seen from top to bottom. Certainly not people who would rather have a faster system than one with tons of unnecessary icons.
It is just kind of sad to have spent all that to develop a terrible product. And we are foreced to try to accept it.
I personally have finally uninstalled office 2007 despite the fact that I bought it and would have liked one or two of the new features. Just cant stand it. I would uninstall vista as well and happily go back to XP but dont feel like wasting more time right now reinstalling all my programs.
Just thought I would put that out there for the microsoft people who had been very smart in the past but are now in danger of loosing a lot of customers. Why would I not just get a Mac if I wanted that type of format? The Mac operating system works better and has less problems. On top of everything, vista freezes up constantly.
Ok, I better get back to work
thanks microsoft
