Dell computer - Vostro 1000

I purchased a Dell Vostro 1000 computer, It overheated the first time I used it and ran for about 5 minutes, then shut down. Returned it under warranty, received a used reconditioned computer, same exact problem, returned it and received a third dysfunctional computer with a bad hard drive, warranty expired, never able to use computer. The service people do not speak enough english to intelligently communicate and the software that was returned with the computer was replaced with the wrong software. The computer was subsequently scrapped for parts. I will do everything possible to discourage anyone from having to deal with such a poorly managed company. We replaced the junk dell with an ACER Computer that does actually operate properly.

These people have taken my money and are not willing to make good on the poor quality product they sold, stay away from this bunch of crooks and buy a quality product from a company with ethics.
