Boot problem

Spoke leading 3 people and none understood just how to actually start repairing the issue... The pc quit the manufacturer where it woul attempt to shoe from the Hardware interface... And so I thought I'd simply contact Entrance plus they might assist me //they needed me to pay for $59 one hour to obtain a support that needs to be free. I've been a client quite a long time and also have never had an event with Tech-Support such as this... Exactly what does Tech-Support do to assist the clients of Entrance?

The serial number of the Entrance is 90906848527 and th emodel is LX6810-01.
