Purchased the pc, PowerSpec V350 on Sept. 22. Compensated extra price for just one-year guarantee at $39.99 contains 'Orange Plan'. The computer was vulnerable to freeze (5-10 times daily). Lastly chose to take it for fix on Feb. 3. Got worse, not just with susceptible cold, however it will not include or remove some information on the computer.

Named a few computer specialists, not with Micro Center. One of these explained the repair support at Micro Heart doesn't understand how to restore, but managed to get worse. With mt wits'end, I returned and announced the pc like a total orange. They declined to displace it even when it's nevertheless inside a year for just one-year guarantee. I dropped $547.67

Exactly What A ripoff. Approached BBB of Central Ohio and Kansas Attorney General's office lately. Ideally they'd react and become on my part for this unpleasant challenge.
