Obtained NITRO PDF creater thru Frys with Email-in-refund for $50. Submited on May - 25-08. Sent all originals for them and had backup with me. Until day MApril-10 I'venot obtained the email in refund for $50. I named the 800-number for 25 occasions (every time keeping period is 10-25 mts).

The have my target entered incorrect within the repository.

They got my e-maild id in incorrect. (Damen why they ripped the handwriten to incorrect)

After a few months I improved my condo and named them to provide new address. They mentioned along.

Next every additional week I'm contacting them to finda the standing they informed we shall deliver the check to u in per week (regular solution) I mix checkd together what tackle u have again they've the aged address. I offered my new handle to them all who actually I talked about 25 times.

Today I called them-and findout what's the standing of the MIR. The same-old answer. The same-old target they've. Again I offered new target for them.

Somebody guide me just how to criticism for this for government companies? (I wonder will government companies offer this kind of situation?)
