I applied for a Target Visa and received a regular target card

I requested a Goal Credit, atleast that's what I had been informed from the Shop employee, and that I obtained a normal goal card. After I used, I informed the woman the address on my DL was distinct then my house address. She claimed no problem.incorrect! Today Corporate is requesting copies top and again of my DL, SS card, and pay-stubs. All of this to get a goal card. It isn't a AMEX card. Large mistake!!!
