In September I had been on the market to buy a PC when I desired it for function objective, nevertheless the problem I had been experiencing was that I had a need to have Windows Xp & most new computers had Landscape. I had been aasured bythe salesman the Computer I had been buying might have equally XP and Windows onto it. I Had Been confused and asked the way the Computer coudl have two OS's by which he expalined the partions in my experience, but all of this could be mounted. I confidnely spot my purchase and expecting for my cargo. Following a couple of days I examined the standing online also it mentioned that my Vista systme was delivered. I approached the client solutions to explain my situaion, the custoemr providers was exceptionally unhelpful and rude and explained it had beennot feasible. After I responded used to do not need the machine when I have been lied to, they recommended that I'd need to spend A - 15% return charge, the stomach extended by declaring there's nothing they are able to do and hungup. I posted a wih Dell so that as it's been six months I've not gotten an answer. I'll never objective something by Dell again.
