Sold me avg update that will not work in my Microsoft Office 2000

Taken care of an AVG Update that'll not use my pc Microsoft Plan. The update was 39.95, but I've not obtained any reaction from
Pdf@supporthelp.net or MBCONTACT.com. The download wasn't the correct one and stated it'd not focus on Windows SE. They didn't express this prior to the download.
