This types difficult to think, I arrived home from function to locate a big container quit OUTSIDE my Condo.

I call-ups plus they inform me WINDSTREAM delivered it in my experience.

I contact Windstream who display NO pc billed to my bill and so I let them know I've a PC plus they have to please come and obtain it it had been clearly an error.

AFTER 1 1/2 MONTHS I receive advantages return brands with this particular big-box resting in my own family room while I'm attempting to prepair to maneuver to some new house.

Advantages shows me I've TO PAY FOR to possess it acquired wich i refuse and certainly will not do.

I contact Windstream again and invest the day on-hold at variouse divisions to ultimately obtain a customer support BOSS who shows me easily don't purchase get or provide it to some UPS middle I'll be billed for this after which weighs on me.

Now actually I'm attempting to return a PC I really could have stored they had no report together having sent me.

I can't think the amount of distress and also the horrible support i received attempting to do the best point, easily had that much difficulty

Attempting to assist them correct thier own mistake-you may guess I'd never utilize thier services again.
