Ige.com has in the past been very fast and reliable. I will give them that. However, it has become increasingly hard to get them to deliver any orders for Everquest currency within a reasonable time frame. It seems Everquest platinum is always out of stock, and this is something they do not bother informing their customers of before you have already placed your order and payed. Granted, I did have a look around the other similar sites, and it seems they all suffer from this problem. However, at least they provided me with a live chat option in which I could ask a real life person to check for me. I received replies telling me to either order now and be prepared to wait, or check back later.

When I contacted ige.com's customer service (only available through mail) I was initially happy to see that I got a swift response. That is, until I realized that it was nothing but a standard pre-written reply that in no way answered my questions. I simply asked for any kind of approximation of when my currency might be available, and got the reply that my order was being processed. I rephrased, sent another email in which I went to great length in order to explain that I did not want to sit in the Bazaar waiting an entire night; if they expected long delays, I would like to know this so that I could log off and do something else. I got the reply that my order was being processed. I tried again, this time writing in such a fashion that a child could understand the question I asked, and I got the response that my order was being processed.

Note that the three replies I received were all different standard replies. The phrasing was slightly different, and the third one was considerably more apologetic than the first. But none of the replies gave any hint as to how long it might take.

Ige.com needs to do two things;

A. They need to stop promising face-to-face speedy delivery if they cannot provide it. They should focus on off line delivery instead.

B. They need to clearly state before hand when the currency the customer wished to buy is not currently available.

The fact of the matter is, they are selling something they do not have. That comes pretty close to fraud in my book. They should not be charging their customers paypal accounts until they can in fact guarantee delivery.
