Terrible customer service!

We requested a Computer from their store online plus they charged us twice for that purchase. It got 4 business-dayis in order for them to credit our consideration back after speaking with them about the telephone every evening. Whenever we turned so annoyed by their customer support providing us the run-around we ended the purchase. Whenever we called back again to learn about our reimbursement we were informed the pc had been already delivered. Then we called again concerning the purchase and we were informed it'd simply been delivered on the diverse evening than we were informed your day before. They lay for their clients and certainly will not stop purchases at your request. After they have your cash they'll not return it. Their customer support individuals are all visitors that talk broken language and also have to replicate anything you state back. I'd NEVER conduct business with Hewit Packer again.
