$3500 XPS 1710 Laptop Disappointing, Poor Customer Service

Bought a 3500$ Dell XPS 1710, supposed to be next best thing since sliced bread but it stinks. The computer is only slightly worse than there customer service. Next time I will save my aggravation and buy from a local retailer.
