I have subscribed to their Plesk Control panel online. Payment by means of my Credit Card. This was easy and convenient. The issue - try to STOP this service now. Impossible... I cannot log into my account even after requesting a new password. Going to the [URL Removed] worse. No option to chat to someone, no option to provide feedback. I have been trying to STOP my service now for more that 2 months or more.
