I have been trying to get support for the product since February this year. They do not respond to email or phone calls. I purchased upgrades and the online updates do not work. I have tried many times in the last 6 months to communicate with them. The automated phone answering system just hangs up now and they have removed the tech support numbers from the website. What legal actions can I take against being swindled by them?
