Since July when I purchased Panda Security's Apple security software I have never been able to receive an update.

That's six months of e-mailing and calling Panda Security asking them to either issue me a new password or guide me through whatever is needed to "make me a happy customer" and receive their updates.

Each time I wrote back asking how to do a step they advised, the automated tech support e-mail did not answer my question - instead offering another approach to access the downloads or more misinformation. Automated responses to e-mails gave pc instructions or incorrect mac instructions. Not only were tech support e-mails automated, they rarely answer their phones. Having left multiple messages for tech support, customer service and sales, I never received a return call.

Even the tech support manager sent e-mails with incorrect information. Panda security refused to give me a refund after refusing to make their product usable. I can only assume that they are not invested in customer service and would rather lose customers than offer better service.
