Did not got my refund amount till now

Hi There,

I purchased a Dell laptop from Dell Exclusive Store. 51C Velachery Main Road, Vijayanagar, Velachery, Chennai - 600042, Near KFC. During that process I swiped my credit card for the 13,372 rupees. But the the person who swiped the card told me that the amount is not settled. For that reason I paid by cash. But it happened to be double deduction. SO i talked to them and they told i will get my money refunded. But its already 10 days neither i got my money nor a single phone call from them. I am following up them continuously but they are ignoring the issue. Please do the needful ASAP. Being a sophisticated vendor this is really going to tarnish the image of DELL,
