When we first started dealing with POS Nation (posnation.com) the tech support and customer service was very good. Sadly, that is no longer the case. I have a very good contact in customer service area, but the tech support leaves something to be desired. Even though we pay the additional fees to get 24/7 support, there is usually only a level 1 tech available. Most of our issues (not your basic issues) require level 3 techs. Any tech above a level 1 is only available to us 35 hours of the 83 we are open each week.
