I see a lot of complaints on here but out of all the companies I deal with online that are out there, Dell has the best service and products. Anytime I have contacted them about anything I get a response immediately. I just recently purchased a Samsung TV. It was not a good one and I called Dell about it. I told them it wasn't broken, I simply didn't like it. They put me on hold for 2 minutes, came back and said I was getting a full refund including shipping and no restocking fee. I have never had any company do this before, impressive. I then ordered a different brand of TV and it was delivered within 3 days. I love the new one, it's a great TV. As for the refund, I received a call daily to update me on the status of it. They also called to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I received daily email updates also. I have been a customer of theirs for 10 years and won't buy electronics anywhere else. Keep up the good work Dell.
