I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 on 09/03, I ordered the white color and I was given the black one. I kept the wrong color, then I went on 04/07 to trade it in for the Mini IPAD which I was told the day before I could do it for $ 225, then the second day were telling me the black color has no value, even thought they said it was their mistake. I called the Peoria's location who told me that they would do the trade for me if the Samsung Galaxy was purchased from them and to go back and ask the Bloomington location to step up and do it, especially I am a good customer. I called the BBB and the Best Buy corporate office, I will share my fraud with everyone, and how poorly I was treated. I felt they discriminated me. I will return back to the store, all they want to do is selling but no customer service involved. I don't blame people going to see there to check out the merchandises and go on Amazon.com to get it. Be Careful people. They are dishonest.
