I have been in contact with HP on a few occasions over the past two days as I want to increase the RAM on one of our workstations. Their customer service over these two days has been SHOCKING! This is a real shame as previously I had dealt with a lady called Melanie whoc could not do enough to help. Perhaps she should have been put in charge of staff training!
