Promised Callback Never Came After All-Day Wait for Delivery

Today is 01/03. I have being waiting on a delivery from UPS since 8.00 AM this morning. I was told the driver had to 8.00 pm Houston time bull shit. I was told someone would call me right away thats bullshit. I am so pissed right now! I will make sure this is my last delivery from them. Will be notifying the corporate office on 01/04. What a new year for this ok really!
