Warranty expire and existing issue was not resolved

Hi,
I bought my HP laptop DV6 QG478PA on 10th of December from BABA InfoTech Pvt Ltd (Shop No. 3 Tilak road pune) with 1 year damage warranty. After 3-4 months I saw that corner of screen which is of plastic was broken from one side. I called customer care many times but didn't get proper response from them, fortunately one of service provider SIMTech Computronics Pvt Ltd.in Paud road pune is ready to help me regarding this issue. One their engineer to come to take picture of damaged site of laptop. I need to leave country for work purpose to visit South Africa, I explained this to them and they agree to replace it within time limit. After two weeks another engineer came to do investigation and he took copy of receipt and ensure me that parts of my laptop is delivered in their shop and they'll replace it tomorrow. As I have to catch a flight day after tomorrow, I tried to reach them, but no luck. No one from their side picking up my call and I have to carry my laptop without any repair.
When I arrived SA and talk to customer care they told me that HP won't provide any international warranty. Today when I got time and want to renew my warranty, warranty check is displaying that my warranty already expired on Auguest 2012. How it possible.
Please advice.
