This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with

The worst organization I've actually handled. Requested a gown to get a wedding & was informed it'd get 12 months. Its been more than 4 weeks, they charged my charge card your day I put the purchase and also have never shipped. Each time I'd contact them-they might declare it had been coming. Lastly I quit and requested to get a reimbursement and termination. They declined, dismissed my emails and stated I had been caught. I will have to challenge this large cost through my charge card business. Don't trust the corporation. They've no mind, may simply keep your cash. I actually donot understand how they escape withit. I'll never cope with them again, only frustration.
