Fraudulant charge to credit card

The corporation charged my charge card $272.00 without my understanding or agreement. I actually donot understand who this type of person or just how to contact them. I submitted a challenge using the charge card organization plus they investigated it and explained the challenge was shut since DRI INTERNET COMPONENTS DATA stated the cost was legit which it had been for many application. What application! I've never requested application from anybody for my pc. The charge card company stated there's nothing they are able to do which I have to go up with DRI INTERNET COMPONENTS DATA. I'm not likely to allow them escape with this particular. The corporation must be documented towards the rightful authorities.
