Bought a damage item, would not let me return

I'd purchased an extremely quite crimson collared top for function nevertheless it was cut within the supply and did not recognize until I got home. Used to donot trade it immediately since I had been heading away for that weekend. After I came home I really couldnot find my receipt but believed I'd don't have any issue since I have have trade product before with no bill. I returned three times later to switch it plus they WOn't trade it. I had beennot actually requesting my cash back. I simply wished to trade it for that same top, a shirt which wasnot cut and that I might use to function. I actually talked towards the supervisor title was LASHONA, she stated my top smelled like fragrance lol obviously it did. I'd it on prepared for function after I observed the cut within the top. But my traded was nevertheless refused. I simply dropped $20. Cheers H&M! Not thinking about buying there again. Terrible customer support.
