Defective shirt they won't refund

I purchased a-shirt used it once so when I cleaned it the natural top had orange lines about it. I got it back plus they offered me shop credit extremely reluctantly. The supervisor stated it appeared as if I bleached it. After requiring that I don't use bleach and fighting for five units, I acquired retailer credit. I trade the shirt for that same top. Huge mistake. You know what? Same exact thing happened. I approached their customer support division via email. They never wont return the top and expectations this "encounter doesn't shadow your notion of the organization"
