I am very upset with this service and I will no longer support this cause

I requested two tops out of this site, they required THIRTY-SIX times to obtain here so when they did arrive here, there is a pit in another of them. I called and named, all of the moment obtaining no solution, nevertheless when I did so get responses the workers were NO support whatsoever. All of the workers are educated to complete is apologize, that will be simply frustrating simply because they simply keep saying sorry and cannot do other things to assist me. After I requested to get a supervisor the worker did not say a term and simply "hung-up" by sending me onto a boss. After I talked with him he was really unprofessional and appeared to not really have an ounce of problem that it required such a long time to obtain my tops which there is a pit in another of them. I'm really upset with this specific support and that I will not service this trigger. And go right ahead and inform me "they contribute and do not create greatly cash", simply because they do. This is exactly why I spend $20 to get a $5 top.
