Cancelled Order / No Refund / Horrible Service

I put an order Using The Pepper Children to get a duvet. Even though cash have been billed to my charge card, I never obtained an order or delivery verification. I followed-up 1.5 months later to explain my order position, but was informed the purchase have been ended along with a return granted to my bill. The capture is the fact that no reimbursement was actually released. I have tried contacting them via telephone, email, and facebook without any avail. Be informed.
