Horrible customer service

I created a purchase on 12/15 throughout the 12 times of Dooney. Although examining my banking account I observed my purchase hadn't been through. I tried calling their customer support department. Many times to determine what happened. Obviously, they're about the East coastline & I'm about the west-coast therefore obtaining a your hands on them was challenging. After determining to email them alternatively, I discovered they delivered mean email stating that my purchase didn't undergo & they simply went forward & ended my purchase. I instantly sent customer support, I received no reaction. I subsequently named them again, I had been placed on store for atleast 10 minutes. After I eventually talked to somebody, he was of no aid & he seemed like he was working at home. I requested to talk to a supervisor, I had been placed on store again. After I talked towards the supervisor, I described the card info on document was proper & there must have been no reason behind the refusal. I also stated that somebody must have approached me if there is an issue but rather you simply ended my purchase & today you'll not recognize the purchase value. I named my bank & discovered these were operating the card improperly. Today, I'm out a Holiday present & WOn't ever purchase another item from Dooney & Bourke again!!! My loved ones has bought several products in the organization. Well, they'll never get another buck from me again. It was their insufficient customer support & proficiency that screwed-up this purchase & they'll take-no liability for this. This isn't what sort of business must perform company in 2011 & particularly in this economy whenever a bag is just a desire & not really a need.
