Dooney and Bourke

I've liked Dooney and Bourke for around 10 years now. Usually I purchase two (2) bags annually of course if I am fortune get one to get a present. I have been really considering establishing a small company promoting Dooney and Bourke's removal products. These could be items that may not be eligible for "top-line", often they're named "seconds"

I named customer support requesting easily might purchase any resource removal products, seconds, etc in a mass quantity. I had been advised to contact 203-853-7515. I named there and talked towards the consultant that responded. She advised me they've no-asset removal division but that "PHIL" may help me.

I left a note on 09/22,09/26,10/20,11/24 and 11/25. After I named the very first two (2) occasions I quit detailed communications. Next I simply requested my phone be delivered.

I had been thrilled today (11/25) after I obtained a phone from Dooney and Bourke. The person recognized herself as Philip Kinsley. After I noticed this title I had been surprised since I understood it was the Vicepresident of the organization!

I described I liked their item and was an enormous fan. Their reaction was, "Yes, what did you would like whenever you named?"

I described what I needed to complete. Mr. Kinsley said, "I've no purpose of promoting you something. You're an entire fool along with a waste of time. The next time you abandon somebody a note state why you're calling. Should you had, I'dnot have troubled to contact you back and spend my period." Then he put on me.

I must acknowledge that I had been obtained by shock. Dooney and Bourke has ended a 6.5 million-dollar company due to people like me that love their item. I spend this guyis income! I allow his organization to use over one hundred individuals.

I gave that much thought. It saddens me but I'll never purchase or suggest another Dooney and Bourke item.in the current marketplace you will find to a lot of others available that are looking and enjoy my company. Dooney and Bourke have several rivals that might be pleased to have my income.

I really hope everyone contemplating to buy a Dooney and Bourke item rethink and commit their profit a far more client valued rival.
