I placed an order for 6 cartridges and when they arrived none one of them fit

This can be a website that I've been applying for purchasing tubes for my printer. This time around I put an order for 6 tubes so when they came not just one of these match, these were to large. I informed the organization plus they believed to deliver them back for alternative. I delivered the 6 tubes plus I involved among my very own plus they email me and inform me I just delivered 6. I subsequently informed them to simply load the order and return my capsule using the purchase. They've the tubes and also the cash and today they keep me waiting. This isn't the way you conduct business or am I going to go back to that website again, regardless of how inexpensive they're. The old saying goes whenever you purchase inexpensive it becomes costly. CAUTION: don't conduct business having a business that doesn't worry themselves using the client. They claim they are doing, however it isn't so.
