Cartridge on backorder never arrived!

I requested 3 tubes for HP models. 2 tubes came; the Next was on back-order. After two or three months handed, however no capsule. I delivered two or three emails per week or two aside, and also to day... A few months later... I still haven't noticed out of this sorry organization.in my own last email I requested to get a reimbursement and informed them used to donot need the capsule any more. They've not recognized my emails having an answer. It'll be considered a chilly evening in nightmare before I purchase from their website again!!!
