Requested both shade and dark/white printer cartidges. After four weeks, no tubes. I had been informed three times the purchase had been delivered. After much worrying and numerous emails I had been delivered dried tubes. Again I reported and was informed to deliver them back and substitutes could be delivered. Lastly they ceased addressing my emails and also you weren't ready to talk to a live person about the telephone. Never gotten substitutes and also the organization wouldn't provide me a return. The web organization has become referred to as Inkjets5.com, and so I claim that that you don't purchase from their website both.
