Poor business practice

I requested a budget online through Bigpapaleather. I had been informed it'd cost $400 for that custom budget and consider 6 to 2 months, needing a deposit of 1/2 of the sum total price. I held in normal connection with the company seller. After 6 months i asked regarding after I might anticipate my product. I had been informed that there is a minor delay because of his child getting into to university, of course if i wouldnt mind waitng only a little longer. The next week i questioned if my product was coming quickly, and also the operator explained at the conclusion of the following week it'd be achieved. Following the week passed i tried calling the dog owner, without any success whatsoever. Several emails and 4 weeks later, i havent acquired any type of conversation out of this company. Therefore much for me personally having a center and getting someones word. Bad organization training it seems in my experience.
