Substandard product, Incompetent Employees

Purchased some trousers from Abercrombie & Fitch. Within 60-days they'd a-6" rip within the back. Match was great. Use was mild. Item was faulty. Visited shop of buy and was rudely “blown off” by a stylish Gen Y Assistant Director. I expected her to truly have the supervisor contact me, and he or she assured he'd. However, the supervisor never named. Therefore, I named customer support in Columbus OH and was requested to invest my important time writing emails and supplying images. After doing this (twice), I never noticed a term. Therefore, I named customer support many months later to check out up and was bureaucratically "taken down."

Whilst The saying goes, “Fool me once, pity on me. Fool me twice...” I'll never create another purchase at Abercrombie & Fitch.in my own expertise, they not just supplied a substandard item, but were also unprofessional and shady. I clean my fingers of these and certainly will allow the aggressive entrepreneurial marketplace do its function. Even when I never get justice, atleast, I’m assured they will… Good riddance.
